Overview
A mixed complex of offices, shops and apartments intended as a landmark for the CBD of Shijiazhuang. The road through the site becomes a pedestrian shopping street linking the retail on both sides, and the office towers are placed and sized according to the daylight needs of the apartments to the north.
The towers line the CBD's central avenue and face a cultural plaza; the three apartment buildings share a roof terrace with planting and public amenities.
